About the event
Dancing the Spiral is an embodied exploration inspired by The Work That Reconnects—a living body of practices that invites us back into relationship with ourselves, each other, and the wider web of life.
Through guided movement, somatic awareness, and embodied exercises, this workshop translates the Spiral into the language of the body in its most natural state: movement. Rather than just speaking about gratitude, grief, or connection, we move it, feel it, and become it.
Together, we journey through the Expanded Spiral, an unfolding process that moves not as a fixed sequence, but as a living cycle we can enter from many places.
Rooted in somatics, improvisation, and collective presence, Dancing the Spiral offers a space to transform isolation into belonging and overwhelm into embodied aliveness. The body becomes both witness and guide—revealing that our capacity to feel is inseparable from our capacity to respond.
No dance experience is needed—only a willingness…
