In a world that asks us to move quickly and think constantly, this session offers space to slow down and return to the body. Through gentle dance, music, and guided movement, we’ll explore movement not as performance, but as a way of listening, of reconnecting with breath, sensation, and emotion.

About the event
So much of daily life asks us to stay productive, focused, and constantly moving from one thing to the next.
Over time, it’s easy to lose connection with the body, not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
When we ignore the body for too long, tension becomes normal. Exhaustion becomes background noise.
Through guided dance, gentle somatic exploration, music, and free movement, we’ll create room to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves in a simple and natural way.
There is no choreography to learn and no pressure to perform. The focus is not on technique, but on listening, allowing movement to become a way of resting, expressing, and coming back into presence.
This is an open and welcoming space for anyone seeking reconnection and a break from the intensity of everyday life.
